研制成以四间甲苯硼酸钾为活性载体的农药助壮素选择性电极 .该电极在 p H4 .5～9.5的 10 -2 mol/L氯化锂水溶液中 ,测定助壮素的线性响应范围为 1.2× 10 -2 ～ 7.5× 10 -6mol/L ,斜率为 54.0 ,检测下限为 1.4× 10 -6mol/L.电极性能良好 ,适用于助壮素的快速分析 .
A pesticide-mepiquat-selective electrode with four potassium tungstate as active carriers was developed.The linear response range of mepiquatosine was determined in 10 -2 mol / L lithium chloride aqueous solution of p H4.5-9.5 1.2 × 10 -2 ~ 7.5 × 10 -6 mol / L, the slope was 54.0, the detection limit was 1.4 × 10 -6 mol / L. The electrode has good performance and is suitable for the rapid analysis of mepiquatuon.
