高校体育教师的业务水平及教学能力,能够对当前学生的行为规范及体育课的质量产生重要影响。本文试图通过对体育教师的业务素质的分析及锻炼手段的总结,论述其业务锻炼的重要性,以提高其体育教师的教学水平。
College PE teachers ’professional ability and teaching ability can have a significant impact on the current students’ behavior and the quality of PE classes. This article tries to discuss the importance of their workout through the analysis of the professional qualities of physical education teachers and the means of exercising, in order to improve their teaching level of physical education teachers.
