目的介绍云南省放射卫生检测机构能力现状,分析存在问题,提出改进办法。方法开展云南省放射卫生检测机构资质、设备、人员等调查,与现行法规、标准要求进行比较。结果设置检测设备现状、资质现状、存在问题、解决思路等几个条目,逐项介绍、分析、总结云南省放射卫生检测机构能力。结论云南省放射卫生检测机构能力急需提高,需要采取明确各级责任、加大财政投入、合理配置资源、开展培训指导、适当引入竞争等措施。
Objective To introduce the status quo of capacity of radiation health inspection agencies in Yunnan Province, analyze the existing problems and propose ways to improve them. Methods To carry out surveys on the qualifications, equipment and personnel of radiation health inspection agencies in Yunnan Province and compare them with the existing regulations and standards. The results set the status quo of testing equipment, status quo of qualification, existing problems, solutions and several other items, one by one to introduce, analyze, summarize the capacity of Yunnan Province, radiation health inspection agencies. Conclusion The capacity of radiation health inspection agencies in Yunnan Province is in urgent need of improvement. It is necessary to take clear measures at all levels, increase financial input, allocate resources rationally, conduct training and guidance, and introduce competition appropriately.
