近年来功能核磁共振成像技术的发展,使孤独症研究取得了很大进展,研究表明孤独症多个脑区存在功能紊乱,本文从语言信息处理、听觉信息处理、执行功能、默认网络等方面对近年功能核磁共振在孤独症方面的研究进行了概述。今后研究考虑神经影像学、分子遗传学、神经生化学等多学科相结合,以进一步探索孤独症病因和发病机制,从而在疾病早期诊断、早期干预及预后判断方面发挥重要作用。
