(一)美国各州往往对相同的问题制订出不相同的法规,如结婚的年龄、合法饮酒年龄等各州规定不一。而众多不同的地方却使用相同的名称。
(A) Often, the states in the United States formulate different laws and regulations on the same issues. The states such as the age of marriage and the legal drinking age are not the same. Many different places use the same name.
