在现代社会治理中,群众利益具有多层涵义,我们要坚持和发扬群众路线,就必须准确把握群众利益的内涵和边界,克服群众利益观念上的形而上学片面性。当前,要着力解决好群众利益四个方面的矛盾关系:少数人先富和全社会共同富裕的矛盾;群众内部不同阶层利益关系矛盾;群众的根本利益和直接利益矛盾;少数党员干部与民争利矛盾。通过树立正确的群众利益观,实事求是地制定既有利于社会财富增长,又有利于社会各方面利益的平衡富民政策,努力实现人民群众利益的最大化。
In modern social governance, the interests of the masses have multiple meanings. If we want to uphold and carry forward the mass line, we must accurately grasp the connotation and boundaries of the interests of the masses and overcome the metaphysical one-sidedness of the metaphysics of the masses. At present, efforts should be made to resolve the contradictions and relations between the four interests of the masses: the propensity to get rich by the minority and the common prosperity of the whole society; the conflicts of interests among different classes of the masses; the fundamental interests of the masses and the direct conflicts of interest; Contradiction.
