志愿者活动对促进当代中国青年思想政治教育、提高其综合素质、促进社会的和谐发展具有重要意义。虽然我国社会志愿者活动发展速度较快,但从我国当前青年志愿者活动发展的主体、活动的内容与形式、活动的保障措施等方面来看仍然面临诸多困难,制约其持续发展。解决这一问题的关键应加强公民意识和培育志愿精神、转变政府职能、加强志愿活动的规范化及内涵建设。
Volunteer activities are of great significance to promoting contemporary Chinese youth ideological and political education, improving their overall quality and promoting the harmonious development of society. Although the development of social volunteer activities in our country is fast, there are still many difficulties in the development of the current youth volunteer activities in our country, the content and form of the activities and the safeguard measures of the activities, which restrict its sustainable development. The key to solve this problem should be to strengthen civic awareness and fostering volunteerism, changing government functions and strengthening the standardization and connotation construction of volunteer activities.
