由于绥化地处黑龙江省腹地,拥有独一无二的寒地黑土地理环境,因此,民间艺术也与众不同,有了独特的艺术特点和表达形式,形成了文化产业。但是在当代经济社会,大多数文化群体和文化人才没有合法的经营身份,这就使传统艺术在市场开拓上收到了限制,而人才和艺术团体的发展也遇到了瓶颈。要继续深入挖掘和保护民间艺术资源,就要将具有寒地黑土特色的民间艺术和特色产业进行资源整合研究。
As Suihua is located in the hinterland of Heilongjiang Province, with its unique geographical environment of cold black soil, folk art is also unique, with unique artistic features and forms of expression, forming a cultural industry. However, in the contemporary economy and society, most cultural groups and cultural talents have no legitimate business identity. This limits the traditional art opening up in the market and the bottleneck in the development of talent and arts groups. To continue digging and protecting folk art resources, we must integrate the resources of folk arts and special industries that have the characteristics of cold, black soil.
