一、美术课是义务教育阶段的一门必修的艺术课程,是对学生进行美育、实施素质教育的重要途径。它对于陶冶情操,启迪智慧,促进学生德、智、体、美全面发展具有重要作用。为了进一步加强美术教学,改善办学条件,落实国家教育部颁布的《全国学校艺术教育总体规划(2001——2010)》,适应社会经济发展的需要,由国家教育部体育卫生与艺术教育司组织,在1995年国家教委颁布的《全日制小学美术教学器材配备目录》的基础上修订此目录。
