2015年1月1日,《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T50378-2014正式取代《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T50378-2006,成为绿色建筑行业的新航标,原《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T50378-2006同时废止。《绿色建筑评价标准》自2006年首次发布实施以来,有效指导了我国绿色建筑实践工作。但随着绿色建筑各项工作的逐步推进,绿色建筑的内涵和外延不断丰富,各行业、各类别建筑践行绿色理念的需求不断提出,该标准已不能完全适应现阶段绿色建筑实践及评价工作的需要。对此,住建部决定由中国建筑科学研究院和上海市建筑科学研究院会同有关单位对《绿色建筑评价标准》进行修编。2011年9月28日,国标《绿色
