高效课堂提出课堂效益公式:1×?=效益。假定“1”是老师,即恒数,那么“?”就是学生,即变数,如此,课堂效益将与学生投入状态积极与否成正比。那么我们如何才能激发学生在课堂中的学习积极性,让学生真正“动”起来,让课堂“活”起来,让效益好起来?古代教育家孔子说过“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者”。“没有兴趣的学习,无异于一种苦役;没有兴趣的课堂,就碰撞不出智慧和灵感的火花。”因此,笔者认为激发学生的学习兴趣成了建设高效课堂的关键!

Suppose “1 ” is a teacher, that is, constant, then “? ” Is the student, that is, variables, so the classroom benefits will be positively proportional to the student input status. So how can we stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning in the classroom so that the students can truly “move” together and make the classroom “alive” and make the benefits better? The ancient educator Confucius said “ The good ones are not as good as the musicians. ” “No interest in learning, is tantamount to a hard labor; no interest in the classroom, the collision can not spark of wisdom and inspiration. ” Therefore, I believe that stimulating students interest in learning has become the key to building an efficient classroom!
