当前,受国际国内经济形势影响,煤炭企业面临前所未有的严峻考验,山西煤炭产业走“革命兴煤”之路势在必行。在大力实施省委、省政府确定的煤炭产业“六型转变”战略任务过程中,进一步深化企业民主管理,有助于凝聚广大职工的智慧和力量,构建和谐稳定的劳动关系,加强企业党风廉政建设,对促进企业深化改革、转型升级和科学发展将产生重要的现实意义和推动作用。
