理论源自实践并要接受实践的检验。当前,各级政协正在按照党中央指示精神和全国政协的《规定》,大力推进履行职能的规范化、制度化建设,有许多新鲜经验要总结,有许多新情况、新问题要研讨。只要我们解放思想,实事求是,开拓进取,定能有所前进,有所收获。在新的一年开始的时候,我们希望广大政协委员和政协工作者共同努力,把《学习贯彻〈规定〉笔谈》办得更有生气,更有新意。
Theory comes from practice and must be tested by practice.
