伴随着我国经济的发展以及社会的进步,我国的城市化进程在不断的加快,鉴于此,我国的房屋建筑工程项目数量也在不断的增多。虽然我国房屋建筑项目的数量在不断的增加,但是其质量与安全问题却一直以来都是人们比较关注的问题。房屋建筑的质量与安全直接受房屋建筑工程项目的管理影响。管理工作的提升,在很大程度上促进了我国房屋建筑工程项目的顺利开展。本文主要分析我国房屋建筑工程项目管理中存在的问题,并且针对这些问题提出科学的解决措施,进而更好的促进我国房屋建筑工程项目的开展。
With the development of our economy and the progress of our society, the process of urbanization in our country is constantly accelerating. In view of this, the number of housing construction projects in our country is constantly on the rise. Although the number of housing construction projects in China is constantly increasing, its quality and safety issues have always been the issues that people are more concerned about. The quality and safety of building construction are directly affected by the management of the building construction project. The improvement of management work, to a large extent, has promoted the smooth implementation of China's housing construction projects. This article mainly analyzes the problems existing in the management of housing construction projects in our country, and puts forward scientific solutions to these problems so as to further promote the construction of housing projects in China.
