为了加快油田高技能人才队伍建设的步伐,切实改善技能操作队伍的技术结构,提高操作队伍整体素质,适应油田生产建设发展的需要。河南石油勘探局进一步落实“名师带徒”制度,计划在“十一五”期间,选拔500名具有精湛技艺、一定专业操作技术理论知识的技师、高级技师和500名具备绝招绝活、一技之长的技术能手,在生产岗位上以师徒协议的形式将其高超技艺、职业道德和优良作风传授给徒弟,为油田培养2000名高技能人才。
