1981～1987年心内科共收治各类器质性心脏病2799例,死亡157例,病死率5.6％,其中死于MSOF者63例(40.1％)。各主要心脏病病死者中由于MSOF而死者的百分比是:肺心病68.8％,充血性心脏病55.6％,风心病31.0％,冠心病20.0％。诱发MSOF的主要原因是感染和心律失常。衰竭器官:心泵100％,脑66.7％;肺65.1％;肾31.2％;应激性溃疡与DIC各27.％;肝17.5％。其中速发型38.1％;迟发型44.4％;反复型17.5％。
From 1981 to 1987, a total of 2799 cases of various types of organic heart disease were admitted to Department of Cardiology, with 157 deaths and a case fatality rate of 5.6%. Among them, 63 (40.1%) died of MSOF. The percentage of deceased persons who died due to MSOF among the major cardiac disease deaths was 68.8% for pulmonary heart disease, 55.6% for congestive heart disease, 31.0% for rheumatic heart disease and 20.0% for coronary heart disease. The main causes of MSOF are infections and arrhythmias. Failure of organs: heart pump 100%, brain 66.7%; lung 65.1%; kidney 31.2%; stress ulcer and DIC each 27%; liver 17.5%. Among them, 38.1% were fast-haired, 44.4% were delayed, and 17.5% were repeated.
