随着社会的发展和高等教育的改革不断推进,我国普通高等院校体育专业的学生思想观念日趋复杂,传统的教育管理观念、方法和体制已不适应现阶段学生的管理工作,这样学校的管理工作就迎来了新挑战,亟需探索新的管理方式以适应时代发展的需求。因此,通过文献资料法和逻辑分析的方法对我国普通高等院校学生的管理进行了相关分析,为探寻新的管理方法和管理理论,探索普通高校学生的管理,创新管理模式提供理论指导。
