教学反思是教师个体以自己的教学行为为思考对象,对自己在教学中所做出的行为以及由此产生的结果进行自我审视和分析的过程。教学反思是研究的自我与教学的自我进行对话的过程,又是理论中的自我与现实中的自我在心灵上的沟通。教学反思,是教师提高英语教学水平的重要途径。我通过写教学反思,获得了两方面的思考。一、纵向反思就是教师从时间上对自己的教育教学进行不间断地反思。按教学进程,分为:教学前、教学中和教学后三个阶段。1.教学前。课前反思,能使教学成为一种自觉的实践。典型的手段是备课。备课时要重点考虑教学内容的重组、教学过程的优化、教学策略的调整和教学设计的创新,同时要
Teaching introspection is a process in which individual teachers consider their own teaching behaviors as their thinking objects and conduct their own self-examination and analysis on the behaviors they make in teaching and the consequent results. Teaching introspection is the process of self-study dialogue between self and teaching, as well as self-mentality communication between self and reality in theory. Teaching reflection is an important way for teachers to improve English teaching. I think through two aspects by writing teaching reflections.
