目的调查了解新疆不同举办主体社区卫生服务中心的人力资源现状。方法采用基线调查的方法,调查新疆地区159个不同举办主体的社区卫生服务中心卫生人力的数量及其构成、学历和职称分布。结果(1)不同举办主体的社区卫生服务中心人员构成均以注册护士为主,政府举办高达33.89%;(2)学历构成以大专学历为主,政府举办为45.53%;(3)初级职称人员所占比例最高,政府举办最高为65.82%。结论新疆不同举办主体的社区卫生服务中心均拥有较为充足的卫生人力,但卫生技术人员的业务素质有待提高、专业结构需要调整、人力资源配置需要改善。
Objective To investigate and understand the current situation of human resources in different community health service centers in Xinjiang. Methods The baseline survey method was used to investigate the number, composition, education level and distribution of health workforce of 159 community health service centers in different regions in Xinjiang. Results (1) The composition of community health service centers with different subjects was dominated by registered nurses, with the government holding up to 33.89%; (2) The composition of academic qualifications was mainly college degree, with 45.53% held by the government; (3) The highest proportion, the government held a maximum of 65.82%. Conclusions The community health service centers in different subjects in Xinjiang all have adequate human resources. However, the professional qualifications of health professionals need to be improved, the professional structure needs to be adjusted, and the allocation of human resources needs to be improved.
