本文通过对区域民族教育投资体制、政策的概括及黑龙江省民族教育投资个案的分析，论述了区域民族教育的发展趋势。文章认为，民族地区经济的发展对区域民族教育提出了新的要求，因此，最大限度的增加民族教育投资，坚持依法治教，认真贯彻执行《教育法》，是少数民族教育发展的根本保障
This article expounds the development trend of regional ethnic education by analyzing the investment system and policies of regional ethnic education and the investment in ethnic education in Heilongjiang Province. The article holds that the development of economy in ethnic areas places new demands on regional ethnic education. Therefore, it is the fundamental guarantee for the development of ethnic minorities education to maximize investment in ethnic education, adhere to the principle of administering education according to law and conscientiously implement the “Education Law”
