提高锻钎工作质量、保证钎子供应及时,是降低鑿岩成本、提高鑿岩效率的重要途径。第一锡矿松树脚矿在改造锻钎工作中充分发挥了锻钎机的效能,自每班生产60根提高到134根,改用聚热炉烧钎,掌握了淬火和冷却的适宜方法,使钎子的掉角、裂纹现象大大减少,提高了钎子质量,取得了很大的成绩,是值得其他各矿学习的。但是,该矿锻钎工作中还存在以下问题,希该矿和其他各单位进一步研究解决。一、锻钎所用燃料按照採矿规程规定不放纯用焦炭,而应配以70%木炭。二、根据热处理理论,可採用快速加热法加热,这样也不会使制件发生裂纹。
