目的观察食用代用盐对高血压患者血压及心血管疾病事件发生的影响。方法 2005年4月,选择辽宁省彰武县农村地区的104例高血压及心脑血管疾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为代用盐组和普通盐组;进行1年的随访观察,测量血压、心血管事件的发生情况。结果代用盐组和普通盐组收缩压及舒张压均比基线时降低,代用盐组比普通盐组收缩压降低幅度多10.31mmHg(P<0.05),舒张压降低幅度多5.45mmHg(P<0.05);<60岁组的收缩压及舒张压的降低差值均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在≥60岁组,代用盐组比普通盐组收缩压降低幅度多18.15mmHg(P<0.05),舒张压多10.86mmHg(P<0.05)。结论使用代用盐可以降低中国北方地区高血压及心脑血管疾病患者的血压水平。
Objective To observe the influence of consumption of substitute salt on the occurrence of blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases in hypertensive patients. Methods In April 2005, 104 patients with hypertension and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in rural areas of Zhangwu County of Liaoning Province were selected as study subjects and randomly assigned to the salt group and the normal saline group. One-year follow-up observation was performed to measure the blood pressure, Occurrence of cardiovascular events. Results Compared with baseline, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the substitute salt group and the normal saline group were both lower than those of the normal saline group (P <0.05), and the diastolic blood pressure was decreased by 5.45mmHg (P <0.05) ). The difference of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in <60 years old group was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). In the group of ≥60 years old, the systolic blood pressure of substitute salt group decreased 18.15mmHg (P <0.05), diastolic blood pressure more than 10.86mmHg (P <0.05). Conclusions The use of alternative salts can reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in northern China.
