青年是我们国家的未来、民族的希望。要重视未来,就必须重视青年。农业部有一支2万多人的干部队伍,包括老、中、青各个层次的人才。我们这支队伍之所以充满活力,一个重要因素是因为有一批朝气蓬勃的青年人。青年同志在各项工作中都发挥了很好的作用,并在自觉为事业作贡献的实践中,增长了才干。在这里,我就青年干部如何健康成长,围绕坚定、诚信、进取、用心、务实这十个字,谈五点想渎。
Youth are the future of our country and the hope of our nation. To attach importance to the future, we must attach importance to youth. The Ministry of Agriculture has a contingent of more than 20,000 cadres, including those of senior, middle and senior ranks. An important factor in the vitality of our team is that we have a group of young and energetic people. Young comrades have played a very good role in all their work and have expanded their talents in the practice of consciously contributing to their cause.
