毕业设计是本科教育最重要的综合性实践教学环节,BIM技术则是建筑行业技术发展的必然趋势。本文在总结目前建筑环境与能源应用工程专业(以下简称“建环专业”)本科毕业设计所面临问题的基础上,分析了BIM技术在大型公建空调系统设计上的优势,明确了建环专业空调系统BIM系统设计的内容和方式,给出了BIM毕业设计质量保障的具体措施,展示了大型公共建筑3D BIM模型、中央空调系统3D BIM模型、建筑冷源3D BIM模型。从本次BIM毕业设计的实施效果来看,BIM技术对于提高学生对专业知识的理解和工程技术能力有很大的帮助,值得在建环专业本科生毕业设计中推广和应用。
Graduation design is the most important integrated practice teaching of undergraduate education, BIM technology is the inevitable trend of the technical development of the construction industry. On the basis of summarizing the problems of undergraduate graduation design of building environment and energy application engineering (hereinafter referred to as “building ring professional”), this paper analyzes the advantages of BIM technology in the design of large public air conditioning system, The contents and methods of BIM system design of ring professional air conditioning system are given. The measures to ensure the quality of BIM graduation design are given. 3D BIM model of large public buildings, 3D BIM model of central air conditioning system and 3D BIM model of building cold source are also presented. From the implementation effect of this BIM graduation project, BIM technology is of great help to improve students’ understanding of the professional knowledge and engineering skills, which is worthy of promotion and application in the graduation project of undergraduates.
