本买验采用三种挥发性毒物刺激大鼠并观察其外周血淋巴细胞微核变化。结果表明,天那水组和甲醇组微核淋巴细胞出现率(％)淋巴细胞微核出现率(‰),明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。
This purchase test uses three volatile poisons to stimulate rats and observe their peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus changes. The results showed that the frequency of lymphocytes micronucleus (‰) in micro-nuclei lymphocytes in the Tianna water group and the methanol group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
