目的探讨准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)在治疗近视不同度数的临床效果。方法对153例(296眼)近视患者,分为低度数近视组(<-3.00D),中度近视组(-3.00~-6.00),高度近视组(>-6.00D),术后观察最佳矫正视力、Haze发生率、视力回退,随访1年进行总结分析。结果术后裸眼视力达到术前矫正视力的,低度数近视组:83只眼中81只眼(97.59%);中度近视组:92只眼中86只眼(93.48%);高度近视组:121只眼中102只眼(84.30%)。1级以上的haze:低度数近视组:无,中度近视组:3只眼,高度近视组:8只眼。结论 LASEK手术安全、有效,对于近视度数小、角膜切削少的患者,Haze发生率低,术后视力恢复快,效果好,是理想的手术方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laser subepithelial keratomileusis (LASEK) in treating different degrees of myopia. Methods 153 cases (296 eyes) of myopia were divided into low myopia group (<-3.00D), moderate myopia group (-3.00-6.00), high myopia group (> -6.00D), postoperative observation Good corrected visual acuity, Haze incidence, visual acuity, follow-up of 1 year summary analysis.
