对底盖的圆边工序进行了计算机模拟,研究结果表明,钩边尺寸变化对圆边结果的影响非常明显,圆边的起皱程度随着钩边尺寸的减小而减轻。较大的钩边尺寸使得圆边过程钩边累积的塑性变形量也较大,钩边端部及其邻近区域协调变形的能力变差,严重阻碍了钩边材料的流动,因而容易起皱。较小的钩边尺寸,则由于钩边材料流动较为充分,进而减轻了圆边的起皱程度。
Computer simulation was carried out on the round edge of the bottom cover. The results show that the influence of the change of the hook edge on the round edge is very obvious. The wrinkling degree of the round edge decreases with the decrease of the hook edge size. The larger size of the crochet makes the cumulative amount of plastic deformation of the crochet of the round edge larger. The ability of the crochet end and its adjacent area to deform coordinately deteriorates, which seriously hinders the flow of the crochet material and thus is easily wrinkled. Smaller crochet size, then due to the crochet material flow more fully, thus reducing the degree of wrinkling round edge.
