An international survey shows that among the surveyed companies, women executives accounted for 34% of the management of Chinese companies, which was a steady increase compared with 2009 (31%) and 2007 (32%). Among women executives, the proportion of CEO positions is as high as 19%, far higher than the global average of 8%, ranking second in the world. What is different from the situation in China is that the proportion of female executives among global respondents has a downward trend. This year it was only 20%, and it returned to a level basically equal to that of 2004 (21%). In 2009, this ratio was 24%. %. The survey shows that the highest proportion of female global executives is Thailand (45%), and the proportion of female executives in Japan (8%) and UAE (8%) is the lowest.
