新课标要求教师改变教学观念,体现学生的主体功能,培养学生自主,合作,探究的学习方法,这就要求我们教师必须有扎实的基本功。教师是教学过程中的组织者和引导者,教师的角色更加多样化,教师除了育人,还要育己,自觉提高自身素质修养,才能保证教育教学质量和人才培养质量。
The new curriculum standards require teachers to change their teaching concepts, reflect the main functions of students and develop students’ autonomous, cooperative and exploratory learning methods, which requires us teachers must have solid basic skills. Teachers are the organizers and guides in the teaching process. The role of teachers is more diversified. In addition to educating teachers, teachers should educate themselves and improve their own quality in order to ensure the quality of education and teaching as well as the quality of personnel training.
