叙述了制备低成本太阳电池用浇铸多晶硅锭的设备和工艺,并对浇铸多晶硅的质量及其对太阳电池性能的影响作了分析,着重讨论了制备结构完整、无裂纹并呈柱状生长的多晶硅锭的关键因素。用常规工艺制备的50×50mm浇铸多晶硅太阳电池,其光电转换效率一般为8~11%,最高达11.9%(AM1.5、有效面积)。用本工艺生产的多晶硅材料成本要较单晶硅材料降低30%至50%。
The equipment and process of preparing polycrystalline silicon ingot for low cost solar cell are described. The quality of polycrystalline silicon and its effect on the performance of solar cell are analyzed. The preparation of polycrystalline silicon ingot with complete structure, no crack and columnar growth is mainly discussed The key factor. The 50 × 50mm cast polycrystalline silicon solar cells prepared by the conventional process generally have a photoelectric conversion efficiency of 8 to 11% and a maximum of 11.9% (AM1.5, effective area). Polysilicon materials produced by this process cost 30% to 50% lower than single-crystal silicon materials.
