随着社会科技的发展,市场竞争的日益激烈,电力企业已经转型成为市场化的强竞争压力下的企业。而随着社会不断的扩张,一系列新型行业的崛起,所需要供电的范围越来越大,随之而来的结果便是电力企业在国民经济当中的地位和作用逐步凸显,而且随着电力企业的市场化,其面临的市场竞争力逐渐增强,使得其必须约束自身行为从内部财务管理控制上做到高效率、高竞争化的运营模式以面对行业的竞争压力。本文就电力企业财务管理存在的一系列问题进行相关性阐述,并提出解决方案,希望能够帮助电力企业改善财务管理现状,帮助企业谋求长远发展[1]。
With the development of social science and technology and increasingly fierce market competition, power companies have transformed themselves into market-oriented enterprises under strong competitive pressure. With the continuous expansion of society, the rise of a series of new industries requires more and more power supply. As a result, the status and role of power enterprises in the national economy are becoming increasingly prominent. With the continuous expansion of society, The marketization of enterprises, its market competitiveness gradually increased, making it must be its own behavior constraints from the internal financial management control to achieve efficient and highly competitive operating model to face the industry’s competitive pressures. This paper elaborates on a series of problems existing in the financial management of power enterprises and puts forward solutions to them. It hopes to help power companies to improve their financial management status and help them seek long-term development.
