目的:探讨超声影像下甲状腺结节内钙化灶对于甲状腺良恶性疾病的诊断价值。方法:应用高频超声(7.5~12 MHz)对200例甲状腺结节患者进行检查,根据甲状腺结节内钙化灶的形态、大小、回声特征判断甲状腺疾病的性质。结果:超声检出甲状腺结节内伴有钙化灶136例,发生率68%。经手术病理证实甲状腺癌患者142例,癌结节中伴有钙化灶者128例,占90.1%。结论:甲状腺结节内钙化灶的检测对诊断甲状腺癌具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of calcification in thyroid nodules for benign and malignant thyroid diseases under ultrasound imaging. Methods: 200 cases of thyroid nodules were examined by high frequency ultrasound (7.5 ~ 12 MHz), and the thyroid diseases were diagnosed according to the shape, size and echogenic characteristics of calcification in thyroid nodules. Results: 136 cases of thyroid nodules with calcification were detected by ultrasound, the incidence was 68%. 142 cases of thyroid cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology, 128 cases of cancer with nodules, accounting for 90.1%. Conclusion: The detection of thyroid nodules calcification in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer has important clinical value.
