目的:探讨小切口现代囊外白内障手术的临床效果。方法:对310例328眼白内障施行小切口现代囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术。结果:术后1周矫正视力≥0.5者290例占88.5%,术后3个月,矫正视力>0.5者占96.5%。术后1周平均散光为(1.25±0.75)d,术后3个月平均散光为(0.75±0.50)d,术后与术前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小切口现代囊外白内障手术术后反应轻,角膜散光小,视力恢复快,且简单易行,安全,设备费用低,便于在基层中大规模防盲治盲中推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of small incision in extracapsular cataract surgery. Methods: Three hundred and thirty-eight eyes (328 eyes) underwent cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Results: Corrected visual acuity≥0.5 in one week after operation was 290 cases (88.5%). Three months after operation, corrected visual acuity> 0.5 accounted for 96.5%. The average astigmatism was (1.25 ± 0.75) d at 1 week after operation and the average astigmatism at 3 months was (0.75 ± 0.50) days. There was no significant difference between preoperative and postoperative (P> 0.05). Conclusions: Small incision, modern extracapsular cataract surgery, postoperative response to light, small corneal astigmatism, rapid visual recovery, and simple, safe, low cost of equipment, easy to promote large-scale prevention and treatment of blindness in the grassroots community.
