本文通过TCD观察了头皮针对31例小脑瘫患者治疗前后血流动力学改变的即时效应，认为头皮针可加快大脑部分动脉的血流速度，尤其是对MCA、ACA的平均血流速度有显著提高（P＜0.05），初步揭示了头皮针治疗脑瘫的部分机理。并在治疗中发现，头皮针对癫痫的发作存在着明显的抑制作用。
In this paper, we observed the immediate effect of scalp on the hemodynamic changes in 31 patients with cerebellar paralysis treated by TCD. It is believed that the scalp acupuncture can speed up the blood flow of some arteries, especially the average blood flow velocity of MCA and ACA (P <0.05), revealing some of the mechanism of scalp acupuncture treatment of cerebral palsy. And found in the treatment, the scalp epileptic seizures there is a clear inhibitory effect.
