脑血管病性精神障碍临床目前尚无特效治疗办法。最近我们用胞二磷胆碱(胞嘧啶核甙二磷酸胆碱,CDPC)治疗4例有明显疗效,报道如下: 例1,男,79岁,主诉:智能减退、哭笑无常,违拗伴性欲亢进1月。无诱因起病,近事健忘,动作迟缓而不准确,性欲亢进,每晚要求性交1～2次不等,如有不从则殴人毁物。病前10年性欲基本消失。经服氯丙嗪、奋乃静、安定等无效。查体见表情呆板,苦笑貌,智能减退,心肺无异常,脊柱无畸形及压痛,四肢肌力V级、双侧
