我院收治一例由两手拍击物体所致的血红蛋白尿报告如下: 病例报告 男患,20岁,住院号00945,山东梁山县人,汉族,未婚,某部武术队新战士。患者于1984年4月27日开始练习自己设计的“硬功”:即将一条麻袋包裹于较粗的树干上,以两手掌,手背及手尺侧反复猛烈撞击该树半小时,每日午后练习一次。在7月12日前未感到任何不适,7月12日练功后发现尿色深红,以后连续三天如此,但仅于练功后第一次排尿明显,第二次尿色变浅,第三次尿完全透明。在练功15～30分钟时,有小腹两侧疼痛和轻度恶心,停止练功后很快消失。自发生深红色尿后,感到身体疲乏,轻度视物恍惚,早上口苦口粘。7月16日后停止练功三天,未出现尿的肉眼及镜下改变。7月19日练功半小时后,尿又呈暗红色,潜血试验强阳性,尿常规检验蛋白(卌)、红细胸(+),
