编前语:家庭运动计划形式众多,除了总体规划外,具体到单一运动项目,也有不同的运动菜单。长泽宗太郎作为日本著名的家庭体育教师,针对小学生家庭,按照孩子对动作掌握的程度标准制订了较为通用的跑步菜单。菜单包括了儿童跑步计划的重要组成部分:制订目标、热身、慢跑训练、适于儿童的肌肉训练、测试等,试图通过这项简单、有效的运动,让家长和孩子获益。具体的练习菜单应该是什么样子?我推荐的练习流程大致如下。
