经过今年两会深入讨论,和谐社会的理念已深入人心,构建社会主义和谐社会已成为代表委员及全社会的共识。温家宝总理在政府工作报告中也强调指出,“着力建设和谐社会”是今年经济社会发展的三大目标之一。2005年,成为中国构建社会主义和谐社会元年。要实现“和谐社会”这一远大目标,必须建立起相应的机制和制度平台,其中主要有三大机制,一是公民基本权利的保障机制,二是社会阶层之间的流动机制,三是不同利益群体之间的对话协商机制。用普通老百姓的话来说,就是“有饭吃,能说话,有奔头”。

Premier Wen Jiabao also emphasized in his government work report that “making every effort to build a harmonious society” is one of the three major goals for economic and social development this year. In 2005, China became the first year of building a harmonious socialist society. In order to realize the ambitious goal of “harmonious society”, we must establish a corresponding mechanism and system platform, of which there are three main mechanisms, one is the guarantee mechanism for the basic rights of citizens, the other is the flow mechanism between social strata and the third is the different interests Dialogue and consultation mechanism among groups. In ordinary people’s words, it means “having food to eat, being able to speak, and looking ahead.”
