生殖健康问题是全球性严重而潜在的公共卫生问题和社会问题,生殖道感染是影响妇女健康的主要疾病之一.在我国,农村妇女患病率较高而就诊率低.黔南苗族、布依族自治州位于贵州省西南部,少数民族占全州总人口的72.19 %,长期以来由于经济落后、交通不便等因素,少数民族妇女的卫生状况及健康问题严重.我们对该地区黄丝镇6个自然村的少数民族妇女进行生殖健康状况的调查,以便有针对性的进行健康教育和干预,提高生殖健康水平.
