本文采用补体致敏酵母菌血凝法,研究了B型诊断超声对小鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能的影响。结果显示,B型超声一次辐照5、15及20分钟后,各实验组小鼠与对照组小鼠相比,红细胞血凝阳性率无明显差异(P>0.05);连续10天B型超声辐照,每天一次,每次辐照10分钟,实验组小鼠与对照组小鼠相比,红细胞血凝阳性率有明显差异(P<0.05),前者降低。实验提示,单次B超辐照对小鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能无明显影响,多次B型超声则可使小鼠的红细胞免疫粘附功能降低。
In this paper, complement-sensitized yeast hemagglutination was used to study the effect of B-mode diagnostic ultrasound on erythrocyte immune adhesion. The results showed that the positive rate of erythrocyte hemagglutination was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the experimental group and the control group after 5, 15 and 20 minutes of primary ultrasound irradiation. Type ultrasound irradiation, once a day, each irradiation for 10 minutes, experimental mice compared with the control group mice, hematocrit positive rate was significantly different (P <0.05), the former decreased. Experimental results show that a single B-irradiation on mouse erythrocyte immune adhesion function had no significant effect, multiple B-mode ultrasound can make mice erythrocyte immune adhesion function decreased.
