Research Jim Winter-Troutwine is a Grand Rapids. The MI architect specializing in how to restore historic buildings is linked to me for the purpose of a unique project in Allegan (Alleys). Allegan is a town about 45 miles southwest of Grand Rapids. The city has a movie theater in the local city center. People once wanted to use Michigan’s grant subsidies to restore the canopy and logo of the theater
