随着时代的发展,现在社会上的大多数公司都把专业人才的实际操作能力放在了首位,而高职教育所培养的学生则直接面向社会面向公司,因此也把专业教育的重心转移到了培养学生的实操方面,但大多数高职院校都是运用项目模拟,来锻炼学生的实际动手能力,而模拟的结果往往不尽人意,并未真正的起到锻炼学生实际操作的目的,学生进到公司遇到一个实际的设计单子的时候还是会手忙脚乱不知所措,就像只是在靶场打过几次靶子的士兵,没有上过战场,他们永远不了解“战争”的残酷性,适应不了社会职场的激烈竞争,还是一个“新兵”。模拟实操等于没操。本文以作者所在学院工业设计专业的“项目实践”教育教学模式改革探索与实践项目为依据,对“项目实践”教育教学中的一些优缺点进行论述。

Simulated real operation is equal to no operation. This article is based on the “project practice” teaching and research mode of industrial design major of the author’s college, and discusses some advantages and disadvantages of “project practice” education and teaching.
