目的:观察米索前列醇在人工流产术中的临床应用效果。方法:将米索前列醇应用于人工流产术与对照组相比较。观察宫颈松弛扩张情况、手术时间以及术中出血量。结果:宫颈扩张程度、术中出血量以及手术时间观察组明显小于对照组。结论:人流术前应用米索前列醇可扩张宫颈,具有术中出血少、手术易于操作、手术时间短等优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of misoprostol in induced abortion. Methods: Misoprostol was applied to artificial abortion compared with the control group. Observation of cervical relaxation and expansion, operation time and intraoperative blood loss. Results: The degree of cervical dilation, intraoperative blood loss and operation time were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion: Misoprostol can be used to expand the cervix before abortion. It has the advantages of less intraoperative bleeding, easier operation and shorter operative time, which is worthy of clinical application.
