目的:探讨曲力(甲钴胺重庆药友公司)和弥可保(甲钴胺日本卫材公司)治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:采用随机双盲法将70例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为A组和B组:A组曲力500μg静脉注射,1次/d,疗程为28 d,B组予弥可保500μg静脉注射,1次/d,疗程为28 d。结果:两组患者的临床症状均有不同程度的改善。A组和B组的有效率分别为82.8%和85.7%。神经传导速度均有不同程度的改善。结论:曲力、弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。两组间无统计学差异,但曲力性价比更好。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qu (Methylcobalamin Chongqing yaoyou company) and Mi Kebao (Mecobalamin Japan Eisai company) in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: Seventy patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into group A and group B by randomized double-blind method. Group A received 500 μg of warp force once a day for 28 days, while group B received 500 μg of micomecoxib , 1 time / d, treatment for 28 d. Results: The clinical symptoms of both groups were improved to some extent. The effective rates in groups A and B were 82.8% and 85.7%, respectively. Nerve conduction velocity has varying degrees of improvement. Conclusion: Qu Li, Mi Kebao treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy significant effect. No significant difference between the two groups, but the cost performance is better.
