中华医院管理学会精神病医院管理分会于1999年9月5～8日,在广州市召开了第四次全国精神病医院管理学术会议。参加会议的代表共有145人,分别来自国内26个省、市、自治区直辖市的各级各类精神病医院。中华医学会精神科分会、上海市精神卫生中心等发来了贺电、贺函,中华医院管理学会副会长张衍浩、广东省医院管理学会副会长陈胜日、广州市卫生局党委书记范孟浩,以及中华医院管理学会精神病医院管理分会顾问严和骎、徐嗣荪教授等应邀出席了会议。
The Management Committee of the Chinese Psychiatric Hospital of the Chinese Hospital Management Society held the fourth national conference on management of psychiatric hospitals in Guangzhou from September 5 to September 8, 1999. A total of 145 participants attended the conference, including mental hospitals of various levels from 26 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions directly under the Central Government. Messages from the Chinese Medical Association’s Psychiatric Branch and the Shanghai Mental Health Center sent congratulatory messages and congratulatory letters to Zhang Yanhao, vice president of the Chinese Hospital Management Association; Chen Shengri, vice president of the Guangdong Provincial Hospital Management Association; Fan Menghao, party secretary of the Guangzhou Municipal Health Bureau; and China. Hospital Management Association Psychiatric Hospital Management Branch Advisors Yan Hexuan and Xu Wei were invited to attend the meeting.
