生物体每个相对独立部分的结构和功能都是其整体结构和功能的成比例的缩小,这种现象被称为生物全息律。以斑叶海棠(Bigonia rex-cultorum)的叶片和叶柄为外植体,进行了诱导发芽和生根的试验。结果表明,离体叶片和叶柄在进行培养时的器官发生规律,也同样存在着生物全息现象。这种现象为研究离体器官形态发生提供了一种新的观点。
The structure and function of each relatively independent part of a living organism are proportionally reduced in its overall structure and function. This phenomenon is called a biological holographic law. The leaves and petioles of Bigonia rex-cultorum were used as explants to induce germination and rooting. The results showed that organogenesis phenomenon also existed in isolated leaves and petioles when cultured. This phenomenon provides a new perspective for studying the morphogenesis of isolated organs.
