教学要面向全体学生,关注每一个学生的个体发展。高中阶段,学生的英语水平参差不齐,教师“一刀切”的授课方式既会导致部分学生跟不上,又不能满足优等生的需要,影响教学质量。这一问题的解决方法之一就是进行“分层次”教学,让不同水平的学生都能学有所获。教师是教学活动的设计者,在授课时要明确层次目标,组织好层次授课和做好层次性检测辅导。
Teaching should be for all students, concerned about the individual development of each student. In high school, students ’English is uneven. Teachers’ “one-size-fits-all” teaching methods will not only keep some students unable to meet the needs of excellent students but also affect the quality of teaching. One of the solutions to this problem is to conduct “sub-level” teaching so that students of different levels can learn from each other. Teachers are the designers of teaching activities. They should clearly define the level of objectives during the lectures, organize the lectures at different levels and conduct the tutoring and inspection at different levels.
