防止腐蚀是工业上防止故障损坏的一个重要方面。设计、制造、合理使用以及计划维修,要求有利于防腐。工程师们的任务是减少工艺薄弱环节和消除环境影响因素。本文通过几个实例来探讨防腐方法中的积极和消极因素,曼海姆发动机工厂(MWM)即采用这种方法来防止发动机腐蚀。为了说明损坏情况以及如何藉助质量管理和质量检验来减少由腐蚀造成的损坏,本文除介绍柴油机要求的内部和外部防腐措施外,还将介绍柴油机腐蚀的典型实例。对用户来讲,采用的防腐措施是MWM发动机工厂培训大纲中的重要一章。
Preventing corrosion is an important aspect of industrial protection against damage. Design, manufacture, rational use and planned maintenance, requirements are conducive to preservation. The mission of engineers is to reduce the number of process weaknesses and eliminate environmental impact. This article examines the positive and negative aspects of anticorrosive methods through several examples that Mannheim Engine Plant (MWM) uses to prevent engine corrosion. In order to illustrate the damage and how to mitigate the damage caused by corrosion through quality control and quality inspection, a typical example of diesel engine corrosion is introduced in this paper in addition to the internal and external corrosion protection measures required by the diesel engine. For users, the anticorrosive measures taken are an important chapter in the MWM engine plant training program.
