本文指出16V240ZJB型柴油机目前在运用中存在的几个问题,其中包括:自由端左侧介轮412号轴承早期损坏、极限调速器飞锤尾杆折断、柴油机弹性支承橡胶减振元件老化引起机车振动、喷油泵和喷油器回油管安装位置不当引起机油稀释以及增压器方面的一些问题。这些问题的存在直接影响着东风4型机车运用的可靠性。文中逐项分析了引起这些问题的原因并提出了改进建议。
This paper points out several problems existing in the application of 16V240ZJB diesel engine, including the early damage of the 412th bearing on the left side of the free end, the failure of the flywheel tail boom of the ultimate governor and the aging of the rubber damping element of diesel engine elastic support Vibration, improper mounting of the fuel injection pump and injector return line cause oil dilution and some problems with the turbocharger. The existence of these problems has a direct impact on the reliability of the DF4 locomotive. The article analyzes the causes of these problems one by one and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
