目的了解2009-2013年石嘴山市出生缺陷的发生、顺位变化及存活情况,寻找相关影响因素,提出相应措施,为提高出生人口素质提供依据。方法按照中国出生缺陷人群监测方案,填写《出生情况及婴儿随访登记表》,每月汇总上报。结果石嘴山市出生缺陷总发生率为293.84/万,先天性心脏病、外耳其他畸形、多指居前3位。缺陷围产儿死亡是围产儿死亡的主要原因。结论强化三级预防措施,控制出生缺陷儿的孕育是降低围产儿死亡的有效措施之一。
Objective To understand the occurrence, the change of survival and the survival of birth defects in Shizuishan City from 2009 to 2013, find out the relevant factors and put forward corresponding measures to provide the basis for improving the quality of birth population. Methods According to the Chinese population monitoring program of birth defects, fill in the “birth and infant follow-up registration form”, a monthly summary report. Results The total incidence of birth defects in Shizuishan was 293.84 / million. Congenital heart disease and other deformities in the outer ear were the most common in the three places. Defective perinatal deaths are the major cause of perinatal death. Conclusions It is one of the effective measures to reduce perinatal death by strengthening tertiary prevention measures and controlling birth defects.
